This place seems like someone with good recipes tried to go fancy and make it a full restaurant instead of a truck or stand, which to do, requires the staff to give their experience. Need to be careful not to let the front of house become a staff hangout because it can affect the guest experience. If they can straighten out front of house and keep their bar stocked and bartenders focused and trained they’ll make it, the food was really good. I would have tipped more if they didn’t do that. Also added a gratuity on the check on a 3-top which is weird. There was a staff meeting happening in the dining room on a Fri evening, generally just felt awkward with the amount of staff just hanging around v s. Sunday brunch Entres 16-55 Sloppy Chops' food is not sloppy It's pretty good, though prices. If you’re serving steak you need to be able to make some basic bourbon cocktails. a similar named one on the cocktail menu, and even though they have a full bar they seemed out of some basics. There was a misunderstanding about the drink we ordered vs. We enjoyed the food but it took 15 mins to get drinks when we were the only table at 5 on a Friday.
